this is my interpretation of the 1971 BASIC Star Trek game by Mike Mayfield
via Dave Ahl, Mary Cole, Bob Leedom, John Gorders, Emanuele Bolognesi...
Star Trek (1971 video game)
created in September 2024 as part of my Wally's Folly retro programming project
developed on DOSBox-x using Borland Pascal 7 (my first Pascal code
since learning it at university in 1982)
it should run on anything from an XT with CGA, but at least an AT with EGA
would be better 😀 (the only real hardware it's been tested on is
an old (new by retro standards) Core i5 system running FreeDOS)

this is a DOS program it can be run on a PC under MS-DOS (or equivalent) or via DOSBox on your operating system of choice or
it can be played in the browser here

I use the following command if I want to start Trek'24 from the command line (after unzipping the files and changing to the directory)
/Applications/dosbox-x/dosbox-x/dosbox-x.app/Contents/MacOS/dosbox-x --conf "trek'24.conf"
